Is MediBridge a medical institution?
No. MediBridge Limited provides administrative coordination only — resource matching, document translation, appointment scheduling, and travel logistics. We do not provide diagnosis, prescription, or clinical advice. Every medical decision is made independently by licensed physicians at the treating hospital.
What does coordinating care in Shanghai actually involve?
We organise the records you already hold for an independent hospital physician review, and — if the hospital confirms you can be evaluated — we build a transparent, itemised package covering appointments, interpretation, visa-support documents, and travel logistics, then support you on the ground and book any follow-up the treating team recommends.
Which hospitals do you coordinate with?
We coordinate with Shanghai's Class-3A (三甲) hospitals — the top tier of China's national hospital-rating system — and their international patient departments, which are set up to receive overseas patients. The hospitals-and-surgeons page lists the networks we work with.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Coordination is offered as fixed-price packages with no markup on the medical fees; the medical cost and timing of any care are quoted per case after the hospital reviews your records. See the pricing page for the package tiers, and request a free assessment for a case-specific estimate.
