Coordinating a knee replacement, without the year-long wait

An active retiree had been advised that a knee replacement would help their mobility, but the planned wait at home stretched far into the future. They asked MediBridge to explore coordinating the procedure at a Shanghai hospital with a joint-reconstruction department.

We gathered the patient's existing records and imaging and passed them to the hospital for an independent physician review. Once the hospital confirmed the patient could be evaluated, we built an itemised package covering the appointment schedule, estimated costs, and the travel and interpretation support.

During the stay our team handled admission logistics and interpretation, and coordinated payment directly with the hospital with no markup on the medical fees. After discharge we arranged the rehabilitation follow-up the treating team recommended and provided translated records for the patient's clinicians at home.
